What we do.
Pathways offer a range of services to young people in the South East of England. We specialise in supporting care experienced young people of a refugee and asylum seeker background.

Accommodation.
We offer high-quality supported accommodation with visiting staff, Wifi and access to a 24 hour On Call system:
Single units – 1-bed/studios (when needed, or for young parents with children)
Shared units – 3 to 5 bed (with shared kitchen, bathroom and communal spaces)
Single-gender accommodation (when needed)
Start-up pack (cutlery, bedding, toiletries – one-off supply)

Support.
We provide support via one-to-one key work, group work and activities linked to a holistic support plan and tracked via monthly action plans.
We offer various support models:
Enhanced support – 8 hours per person per week
Medium support – 5 hours per person per week
Low support – 4 hours per person per week
Support only model (any support model with no accommodation attached)
Appropriate adult support during age assessments.

Life skills.
We offer a bespoke life skills programme for unaccompanied asylum-seeking minors.
Phase One:
Language Ready.
Equips learners with English language skills.
Phase Two:
Life Ready.
Holistic course on personal development, life in the UK and ultimately skills for employment.
Phase Three:
Tenancy Ready.
Equipping young people in preparation for the transition to independent living.
